What was really weird were our family
reunions. The Irish side would be drinking all the
liquor and the Korean side would be selling it to them.
Growing up
Korean-Irish was
different. They told us stories like at the end of every
rainbow is a
Pot O’ Kimchi.
For breakfast, we had rice.
But in our rice we had green clovers, blue diamonds and purple horseshoes. They were magically delicious.
