She’s got a Golden Globe and a CableACE award, not to mention Gemini and Genie Awards from her native Canada, but Sandra Oh still hasn’t snagged that Emmy. This marks the third straight year the 36-year-old has been nominated for the coveted TV honor of Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series for her work on “Grey’s Anatomy.”
Oh, who lost to Blythe Danner in both of her previous nominations, will contend with two of her Grey’s co-stars, Katherine Heigl and Chandra Wilson, this time around.
The 59th Primetime Emmy Awards will take place at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles on Sept. 16.
