The cast of “Revenge of the Boys” includes Tony Ranaudo, Chris Neff, Vince Morris, Robert Hawkins and Ken Jeong (clockwise from top).

Ken Jeong will add another credit to his résumé that already lists “family doctor” and “comedian” when the Oxygen Network premieres “Girls Behaving Badly: Revenge of the Boys” this month.

The half-hour hidden camera show will feature Jeong along with Robert Hawkins, Vince Morris, Chris Neff and Tony Ranaudo in situations where they pull pranks on unsuspecting bystanders.

A spinoff of Oxygen’s “Girls Behaving Badly,” “Revenge of the Boys” is a challenge to the male cast to best the women in their previous antics. John Stevens, one of the show’s producers, says the battle of the sexes’ undertone, improvisations and diverse cast will make for great appeal.

While other hidden camera shows have popped up on the airwaves, Jeong says that “Revenge of the Boys” is distinct because it treats the person being pranked — the mark — with respect.

“It’s not as aggressive as the other prank shows. The mark really is the star of the show,” he says.

The Oxygen program will be one more feather in Jeong’s cap as the real life doctor by day/comedian by night recently opened for comedian George Lopez’s tour and has appeared on Fox’s “MADtv” and CBS’ “Two and a Half Men.”

New episodes of “Revenge of the Boys” will run for five consecutive days beginning on July 25, and more may be added to the lineup later.
