KAC-WA is proud to host the sixth annual 2008 KAC national convention, scheduled for September 25-28 at the Westin Hotel in Bellevue, Wash. The theme of the convention, “United Today for a Stronger Tomorrow,” reflects the power of unity across generations and experiences within the Korean American community. This event will provide various forums for learning about and discussing issues pertinent to the Korean American community, as well as showcase the vitality of the Korean American community in the Pacific Northwest and beyond. Join KABA of Washington, the Korean American Health Professionals Association and KAC-WA in a golf tournament to benefit the Korean Community Counseling Center (KCCC). There will be prizes for the first-, second- and third- place teams, along with raffle prizes, a $5,000 hole-in-one prize and much more.
