What can two totally awesome sorority sisters do after college? Create a talk show, of course!?
The brainchild of UCLA alums Sharon Lee and Jesse Draper, Valley Girl is a new talk show that meshes the best of Silicon Valley and Hollywood into one jam-packed series. Draper, best known for her role on the Nickelodeon television series The Naked Bros. Band, and her sidekick Coco (Lee) bring successful executives into their “pretty in pink” studio, conducting hilarious interviews that involve everything from gags to games. (In one episode, Google CEO Eric Schmidt comes by to play “Google Images,” a spin-off of Pictionary.) ?
“It’s a business talk show, mixed with Legally Blonde, a reality TV show and Wayne’s World,” says Lee, who works as the co-producer and production designer of the show. “It shows off our personalities and is even slightly educational.” Other guests include Heidi Roizen, former vice president of Apple; Scott McNealy, chairman and founder of S.U.N. Microsystems; Barry Schuler, former chairman and CEO of AOL; and even the man behind Craigslist, Craig Newmark.?
