Mastering The Magic Of Love
As a part of its Healthy Marriage Initiative to promote and strengthen marriages and to educate marriage education trainers, KCCD hosted leaders’ certification training sessions in August. Participants received training and certifications on Mastering the Magic of Love (MML) to conduct marriage education programs in their church or community.
MML is an evidence-based program that helps singles and couples at any stage of development learn relationship enhancement skills, develop affection building habits and solve three of the most troubling or resistant problems in relationships.
The training sessions were attended by a number of local community leaders, pastors and educators. The classes received very positive responses. Here are some quotes from participants:
“I learned how important Mastering the Magic of Love is for relationship with my husband.”
“Very practical and useful. We realized our communication ways again.”
“I believe this program made me change how I deal with other people.”
KCCD would like to thank the California Healthy Marriages Coalition for its sponsorship and partnership. To join KCCD’s Healthy Marriage Network or to find more information, please visit
